Real healing helps you move toward a life that feels lighter, more meaningful, and filled with the kind of peace you’ve been craving
My Approach to Care
I believe people are really good at heart, and that deep down, we all want the same things: to live normal, happy, and purposeful lives. But when you’re overwhelmed, unmotivated, or disconnected from a sense of meaning, even the smallest steps can feel impossible.
That’s where our work begins.
Depending on where you are, we might start with big-picture dreaming or with small, achievable goals that help you regain traction. Over time, we’ll work together to uncover what truly matters to you, developing guiding principles that bring direction and clarity to your life.
I believe being invited into your story is as sacred as being invited into your home, a deep act of trust I hold with care and gratitude. In our work, you don’t have to hold it all together. I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of emotional patterns that may have been overlooked, and offer real support—whether you need space for silence, questions, tears, or laughter.
This is what integrative psychiatry means to me: whole-person care rooted in presence, meaning, and connection.
What I Offer
My approach blends the best of modern psychiatry with whole-person healing. Every treatment plan is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence and compassion.
Medication Management
When medications are appropriate, I prescribe them thoughtfully, with a strong focus on the why, the how, and the whole person. I consider your biology, your history, and your goals, not just your symptoms. I also prioritize clarity, transparency, and shared decision-making, so you feel informed and empowered at every step.
Nutraceuticals & Integrative Support
As part of an integrative approach, I may recommend select plant-based nutraceuticals or micronutrients that have been shown to support mood, anxiety, sleep, or cognitive function. These are chosen with attention to evidence, quality, and how they interact with your overall treatment plan.
Mind-Body Approaches
We’ll explore how your body responds to stress, and use practical strategies (lifestyle, breath, pacing) to restore resilience. By tuning into your body’s signals and gently shifting your internal rhythms, you begin to restore balance in ways that feel tangible: steadier energy, clearer thinking, calmer reactions, deeper rest. Whether it’s through grounding exercises, breathwork or mindful movement, this approach honors the truth that your mental health isn’t “all in your head”—it’s in your body, too
Psychotherapy and Depth Work
Therapy with me is collaborative, intuitive, and shaped by your unique goals. We might work on the surface using evidence-based tools like exposure therapy or solution-focused strategies to help you shift behaviors, manage anxiety, or find clarity in a stuck place. And we might also dive deeper, tracing emotional patterns, exploring core beliefs, and uncovering the roots of inner conflict
Psychoeducation & Pattern Recognition
I specialize in helping you see patterns that show up again and again—whether in your relationships, your reactions, or the way certain struggles seem to circle back over time. Together, we make sense of these threads with curiosity and compassion, not judgment. I’ll offer practical insights and gentle guidance along the way, helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and why it matters. As your awareness grows, so does your ability to choose differently—intentionally, and with more self-trust.
Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching
I offer personalized guidance on sleep, nutrition, stress, and daily self-care routines—small, sustainable shifts that can have a big impact over time. Together, we build practices that support your mood, energy, and overall well-being, helping you feel more grounded, steady, and resilient from the inside out.
Spiritual Integration (Optional)
For clients who wish to explore their faith as part of the process, I offer thoughtful Christian integration in our sessions, always respectful and guided by your values.
Collaborative Care & Care Coordination
Navigating multiple providers can feel overwhelming—especially if you’re dealing with substance use, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, or other complex concerns. I offer a collaborative, streamlined approach to care that helps reduce stress and ensures you’re supported from all sides.
With your permission, I’m happy to coordinate with your OB/GYN, therapist, primary care provider, or other specialists to create a cohesive care plan that reflects the full picture of your health and well-being. This kind of team-based approach can help you feel more grounded, supported, and understood—without having to repeat your story at every turn. You deserve care that works together, not in pieces.
A Note on Healing: What to Expect
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, and it rarely unfolds in a straight line. Still, having a sense of what to expect can make the journey feel less overwhelming and more grounded.
Most clients begin to feel initial relief within 1 to 3 months—often through better sleep, reduced overwhelm, and a growing sense of clarity and support.
Deeper shifts—like breaking old patterns, strengthening emotional resilience, and feeling more grounded—typically unfold over 3 to 6 months of consistent work.
For benzodiazepine tapers, I take a slow, trauma-informed approach. These journeys usually span 1 to 2 years, with close attention to your nervous system’s pace by avoiding abrupt changes, prioritizing safety and attunement at every step.
Healing takes courage, commitment, and compassion. My role is to walk alongside you—not to rush the process, but to help you move through it with clarity, confidence, and care.
